We use several shipping providers – USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Standard Shipping: UPS Ground, U.S. Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx Ground may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both USPS, DHL & UPS/FedEx deliveries.
Import/Customs Duty: Customers will be responsible for the payment of any customs tax, processing and transaction fees on their order(s). If you have questions regarding duty fees on a product you may contact our customer service.
Military addresses: We cannot accept any Military addresses as a shipping address.
Canada: We use DHL, Frontier, USPS, and Canadian Post. Tracking numbers are currently not available.
P.O. Boxes: We cannot currently accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address.
