Returns

At PADI Gear, our goal is your complete satisfaction. You may return a new item for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. 

• We will not accept merchandise that’s missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
• Original shipping costs as well as shipping costs to return are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
• Unless the product carries a manufacture defect, all customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Only merchandise purchased directly from the PADI Gear website can be returned. We cannot accept any items purchased from other retailers.

Return Processing

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account after receiving this email. 

How to Return an Item

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will issue you with a Return label. If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return. Please note that Face Masks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
