PADI Member Renewal Voucher Terms and Conditions

PADI Gear Voucher Details:
PADI Gear voucher is earned by renewing your 2021 PADI professional membership by 12/31/2020. Voucher may be used with your 20% off PADI Pro Discount. All vouchers are one-time use and non-refundable. Discount not valid on orders already placed. Valid 1 per customer. Offer is redeemable through 09/30/2021.

Voucher Details are as follows for each store:
PADI Gear Americas Store: Receive USD$20 Off USD$120. For eligibility pre-tax cart must meet USD$120+. Offer excludes face masks. 

PADI Gear EMEA Store: Receive GBP£20 Off GBP£120. For eligibility pre-tax cart must meet GBP£120+. Offer excludes face masks. 

PADI Gear Asia Pacific Store: Receive AUD$30 Off AUD$150. For eligibility pre-tax cart must meet AUD$150+. Offer excludes face masks.  


Shipping:
We use several shipping providers – USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Australia Post and EMS.

Americas Store:
Standard Shipping: UPS Ground, U.S. Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx Ground may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive USPS, DHL & UPS/FedEx deliveries.

Canada: We use Frontier, USPS, and Canadian Post. Tracking numbers are currently not available.

P.O. Boxes: We cannot accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address. If you do not receive U.S. Mail at your home address, please be aware that if you select standard shipping, your package may be shipped with USPS.

EMEA Store:
DHL, or FedEx Ground may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both FedEx and DHL.

Asia Pacific Store:
Standard Shipping: Australia Ground Post, International EMS Post or DHL may be used. We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both Australia Post and DHL. All PO box address will be shipped via a POST service.

Import/Customs Duty: Customers will be responsible for the payment of any customs tax on their order(s).

Military addresses: We cannot accept any Military addresses as a shipping address.
 
Due to shipping restrictions with COVID-19 we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Ã…land Islands, Benin, Bhutan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Chad, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, French Guiana, French Southern Territories, Guyana, Heard & McDonald Islands, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Russia, Solomon Islands, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna

Returns and Exchanges:
At PADI Gear, our goal is your complete satisfaction. You may return a new item for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. Your voucher amount will not be credited with your return. Voucher is only valid for one-time use. 

• We will not accept merchandise that’s missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
• Original shipping costs as well as shipping costs to return are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
• Unless the product carries a manufacturer defect, all customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Only merchandise purchased directly from the PADI Gear website can be returned. We cannot accept any items purchased from other retailers.

Return Processing
Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account after receiving this email.

How to Return an Item
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will issue you with a Return label. If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return. Please note that Face Masks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
