ORDERS & SHIPPING
What this means for you is that orders will still be processed and delivered as quickly as possible, but it may not be at the speed you are used to from us. In line with local guidelines, we have reduced staffing and implemented strict procedures geared towards their – and your – safety. As a result, you may experience delays in the processing and shipping of your order – though we’ll do our best to minimize these, and to date, we are still operating on our normal schedule. However, we also know shipping delays are occurring across all carriers, so some patience is required. We’re sure you are already experiencing this for all your other online orders.
We’re experiencing delays on specific products due to supplier delays as well. To view a list of quick ship items, select the “Available to Ship Now” https://www.padigear.com/collections/available-for-shipping category. Other items may not ship until after April 21st – though this date may change.
We understand many people may not be able to ship packages during this time. We have a very generous extended return policy of 30 days. Please create a return within this window and send in your return whenever you’re safely able to get it in the mail.
